This is a formal complaint letter for the bad services provided by a particular branch in kolkata. icici bank salt lake sector v. My son school is dps ruby park kolkata. all branches are supposed to take the school fees. but this branch always gives misleading info and never takes the fees. this is going on for last march 2016.
