[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Missguided | |||||
I have taken Auto loan from Icici bank in month of May-2016 for 648000 (LAJAL[protected] ) . I am requesting to him close my auto loan on 12 August which is I had already paid 2 instalments, the executive of Icici bank Mr Sham Lal asked me for loan closer amount is : 632000 but when I had applied for the same they had given the closer latter for inr : 670000 . When I am talk with him regarding this he said this is bank charges I am relied him then why he asked me for RS - 632000 when I asked you for closer he said this is bank charges . And they also said if I am replied my auto loan will get waver of 50% four closer amount . What is this these pvt banks doing what they want they all playing with the customer please advise can we can't close these type of fraud by the bank Was this information helpful? | |||||
