ICICI Bank — Misuse of documents by icici | |||||
I have applied ICICI Car Loan which got sanctioned at13% for 2000000 and i completed the entire documentation process of signing and issued blank cheques. As i got sanctioned from another bank for lower rate of interest i asked them to stop the process and not to disburse the funds to me and i took loan in another bank. After 5 months i find the manager of icici used my signatures and disbursed the sanctioned funds to a DSA of ICICI who was his friend and he was paying emi on my behalf by way of demand draft so that i should not know. Suddenly once the ecs hit my account and only then i came to know In Such case if two employees of ICICI bank can do anything. They can misuse the documents signed by you to any extent. They dont give you filled up copies of signed by you. They can use your cheques for their personal use. They also threatened me that they may use my cheque for 2crores if i raise this issue to bank. heights of fradulent act by ICICI bank who charges the customer for faults by their employees saying we are helpless as we will claim from you as you completed the documentation. The amount was disbursed neither to me, nor the owner. The best thing is it was used car and already the previous owner had a loan with ICICI bank for 1750000 and instead of closing that loan they transferred the funds to their own employee and cliam from me. i have clearly mentioned its a car loan department which misused my documents but i dont know why credit card department is getting in touch with me and then disconnecting the call
