[Resolved] ICICI Bank — mm annual fees

Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
09/03/2018 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee jan18-dec.
354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.
But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

I would like to thank this forum who brought bank attention on my issue. They established email communication and requested few basic information. Upon, couple of emails, Bank agreed to reverse the charges. Got the amount back on my account. However, these giant making millions by tricking common men and their hard earned money being sucked without their knowledge. Many of us even don't know, how to proceed or recover the amount from these crocodiles. Regards,
