ICICI Bank — Mob alert charges/invoice charges

Why icici bank is charging 29₹ every month or whenever i use atm card at ICICI ATM machines labelling it as mobile alert charges ?? and if it's the gst invoice charges then why are they charging if am filing nil gst returns every month on time as it reflects in my bank account that am having nil business for the moment?? how to deactivate both of them cause of the account is kept unattended these charges will cause further more penalties by reducing the monthly account balance and adding one more penalty charge for not maintaining account balance
