My account got debited with auto debit return fee on the due date even though total credits to my account ( amount paid by me + refund from seller) exceeds the total amount due before the due date.

    I am vishal sharma is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no. 0003-347 of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 21.112.1998.

    It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 21.05.2023.

    There is no trackability of this bond.
    How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

      Credit card block and reward points hold

      Hi Concerned Team,

      I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. Now in the same context around 10000 reward points are on hold for being a loyal...

      I was charged 590 twice without any notice for NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG. I had to another bounce charges for 500 to Bajaj finance due to this .This is not ok as I was not informed or was aware about this

        I possess above bonds with redemption date as next month April 2023. On advice from my local ICICI branch I have mailed [protected]@icicibank.com with details and the scan copies about 2 weeks back. Have sent reminders too. But there has been no response. Please help.

          Pre-emi fraud that icici banks representative has done with me on my home loan. Took the home loan on land and didn't opted for pre-emi option and always prefer to pay full emi on disbursed amount but I have been forced to pay pre-emi.

          Asked many times icici bank representative to convert pre-emi to full emi but they ignored and delay and due to which I forced to pay pre-emi on home loan for which I didn't opted.

            I am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

            They have just mentioned thisDCardfee4211JAN23-DEC23+GST and deducted 588 rs against it. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud charges. Is this the way to have a healthy relationship with your customers?

              Hi,
              I am from pune I have been charged 588/- for sometime PICTURE DRC service which I am also not aware about also I have not received any update from my bank I want explanation for the charges which I have been charged, i am hard working women, I work 9 hours a day without break after that I barely earn 300rs per day for living this 588/- charges are my 2 days payment and I want explanation from bank why they charged me 588/-, why they have not informed me about such service charges, If bank is continue to do such thing, why should I continue with icici bank.

                Today someone did fraud with my ICICI bank account and debited 35, 000/- through your gateway for which below is the detailed of the account. I have also raised the complaint with Cyber crime and ICICI bank.

                  I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                  They says there is no charges of this and deduct my money.

                      Hello, my name is Satheesh working in tcs bangalore. My icici prepaid meal card valid from 02/21 upto 01/26. But currently, my card is being shown invalid status.
                      I have tried to access the food card self care portal but it shows card status invalid error (Please see attached image)

                            Hello ICICI, thia is Mahesh would like to inform you that on 15feb the payment was an unauthorized transfer of Rs 18194. My bank account number is[protected]. My account statement sent by you shows that an automatic payment was made to NACH. However this payment was unauthorized. please let me know why it is debited from my account, on 15th feb I informed to local ICICI bank in Hubsiguda Hyderabad, Name Sneha who is working in ICICI sent an email to NACH team, regularly I am asking her regarding this issue but she said still didn't recieved any reply from NACH team, but i got a message from ICICI bank like (ECS/NACH of Rs 18194.00 towards CL01058898 from ICICI Bank Acct XX4902 has returned on 15-Feb-23 due to Insufficient fund. Applicable return charges will be levied) but till now I didn't receive any refund amount, please refund the amount immediately. Again on 22nd 491 and 23rd feb Rs.593 deducted, all are unauthorised deduction, may I know the why your Bank is doing these many fraud.

                              My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump?                                 Team,

                                I have been an ICICI Bank NRI customer for over 10 years and all of sudden the bank has started charging duplicate transactions for a couple of times. Upon the complaint, It doesn't really help fix the issues for several days(month).

                                I have got again duplicate charges with NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRULI~24JAN23~ca5

                                I am not sure about it and Bank didn't give me any details.
                                Can you please help prevent Bank to deduct the amount for no reason? Especially the ones which are duplicated.

                                    I have salary account in ICICI bank, my account has been deducted by Rs 826. I have not using my dmat account at all.

                                    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
