[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Mobile is not recharged yet but amount is deducted

I have recharged my BSNL number for Rs.100 on 27/9/2016 through ICICI net banking. The amount was deducted but the recharge was not made yet. Reference number is [protected]. I have encountered the same situation earlier on 23/08/2016 when I recharged the same BSNL number(reference number is [protected]) for Rs.100 and the amount is not yet credited back. Kindly do the needful

I bought Money multiplier bond 112000 MMB FOUR on[protected] of 5000/-rupees with redemption date[protected] . bond holder no. was[protected] .
some how i was not able to redeem it previously, now i want to redeem it . kindly look in to the matter and please let me know how should i proceed .
