[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Mobile no updation | |||||
Dear Sir, I have travelled to USA 7 months back and I am not able to do banking transactions becuase of OTP. Since my mobile number has changed, I am not able to receive OTP and facing serious problems from past 7 months. ICICI bank has not provided none of below option to change our mobile number. 1) To Change the mobile number online. (logging to your own account) 2) Option of selecting mobile number or email id to send these details through online. 3) Changing the mobile number if we call to customer care. 4) Neither they have made it optional so that customer can chose these facilities on thier own convinience or wish.
