I did 303 rs recharge on jio sim, the amount got debited from my account but recharge not done. The mobile app shows trasanction completed immediately and deduct the amount. But I didn't get any confirmation from operator. Please refund money and take seriours action against the bank to not harras their customer. what is the reason to deduct amount from account without confirming the operator.
