[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Money debited due to ECSRTNCHGS

Can I know why my account got ECSRTNCHGS charged in 2022? and why there is no email and SMS communication about this ECSRTNCHGS? Because of this pandemic situation, I lost my job but somehow I managed to pay my outstanding EMIs. And now I am worried to deposit money into my account because of this unknown ECSRTNCHGS. I contacted to my friends but no body has this type is issue.some of friends is telling it is fraurd…So please solve my problem as soon as possible…. In this pandemic situation every penny counts but I guess ICICI only entertains their big client and not the middle-class people.
