[Resolved] ICICI Bank — about unknown deduction of amount from my account | |||
Hi sir/madam Am a icici bank customer. Ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees in two times first in date of 11-6-18 and second was 15-6-18 same amount deducted from my account . I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is.
