[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — money debited from bank account, but not credited to my fastag account number

I have fast tag account with id 10688588 vehicle no mh 49 ae 6267
I tried to recharge the fastag on 22/02/2020 with an amount 1000/-
A massage was sent to me by bank that above mention amount was debited from my bank account, and credited to above said fastag account. But after passing more than one month, the amount is still not credited to my fastag account.
Hence it is requested you to credited the same to avoid further consumer
