Journey date - march 18, 2020.
Toll plaza - khaniwade toll plaza

I was traveling from mumbai to surat on the above mentioned date. My fastag account had a balance of around rs. 1500+. At the khaniwade toll plaza, i was asked to pay the amount. I said fastag is there in my car. He said the machine showing zero balance. I believed him and paid rs. 70. The receipt was also given. But after around 15 minutes i had notice the sms mentioning that rs.70 deducted from my account.

The money was taken twice and it should be refunded to my account. It was charged twice because of fault on their side.

        I am an account holder if icici from past 9 months and the icici bank has deducted rs 29.50 from my account that too “5times” on the “same date” on ”pos dec chg”. Firstly if there is insufficient balance the amount would be deducted once, but here they have deducted it again and again till the balance in my account came to zero. What is this charges? And why don’t we get messages for these transactions, usually any debit or credit to our account send us messages but for this kind of deductions they never send any text messages. Why? This is totally fraud and the customer should be made aware for this kind of deductions. And when we call customer care they don’t even answer or by mistake if someone does they cut the call in between and then we have to again repeat the process again and again wasting our whole day. I don’t care i want my money back. Bloody frauds, will make sure once this is sorted i will withdraw my account from your bank. Please solve this issue at earliest. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against the bank. Like this they deduct from so many peoples account and make money illegally. Customer should be made aware of all the deductions on his/her account. This is the way they steal money from account holders, such bcz the amount is small no one thinks much but this how they make crores. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against this

            On 22nd march 2020 i received an sms and also an email.in the sms it was written ' dear customer we have registered request for new policy wa privilege single rs 1899 for one assist. Your request no sr[protected] dated 22 mar 20 will be completed. An amount of rs 1899 was deducted from my account.
            I called several times to customer care but they are saying no such plan is activated. So look into the matter immediately and i don't want any such plan activated from my account and refund the amount at the earliest to my account.

                I have salary account in icici bank and in this 15 days i got 2 mail where icici deducted 29.50 twice for posdec chg/[protected]/5026+gst, however i checked on google and found that it is charged due to insufficient balance and transaction decline, so i checked my transaction also and i have enough balance also everytime, so after having balance in my account they have charged this for twice.
                Worst service ever.

                  I had taken personal loan for personal reason. Due to problems in my life, i lost my job and i was jobless for 1.3 years. During these months i could not able to pay my emi's.

                  My answers for the collection agents (Harassment agents) was only one thing "i do not have job and i do not have money to pay emi"

                  On feb i got job in infosys and my salary account is icici bank. I see that my pending loan has been linked to salary account. Now it is showing negative balance of -190776.00. Whatever my salary comes it will be auto deducted. Not sure who linked loan account to my salary account without showing mercy on me.

                  I am a solo bread earner for my family (Wife, 7 months baby, 75+ elderly parents). Please tell me how we will survive without money. It is really painful decision your bank has taken.

                  Request you to kindly unlink my loan account from salary account. I am ready to pay as emi since i have job now. Show mercy me and towards my family. Please i beg you all. I have lot of other debts as well.

                    Though get email informing that “ OTP has been sent to your registered phone” Customer care just repeat that SMS has been sent. By the Way, sometime can login thru Phone. Lost some good opportunity to invest in MF.

                    payment transactions failed

                    While i was applying certificate from andhra university i did the payment through icici bank eazypay portal and that was failed total four time. Three transactions on 19th march and one transaction on 20th march. I reached out to icici support team and they said that the amount will settled by the next day but still i didn't received my failed transaction amount. After that i reply back on the same email but no response from them.

                        I have paid credit card bills with auto-debit facility. But unable to pay due to some personal financial reasons. I have been charged as below:

                        Late payment charges - 500 rs

                          I used icici travel card during my visit to the us. After a month upon my return, i noticed many fraud transactions on my card happening (In the us) in a matter of 5 minutes, two of which went through for $314.14 and $312.32. At the moment, i have the card with me.
                          I immediately called icici customer service and asked them to take action. They said they can block the card and prevent further transactions from happening. However, their response on fraud transactions deducting $626.46 in total was extremely unsatisfactory. They said, they cannot do anything about it now, and asked me to call customer service again once the transaction has fully posted to my account. They did not even record the fraud. Only when i call them later will they work on it and provide a resolution, and all this process they said might take up to 30 days! I cannot wait for 30 days for a resolution, and i need my money back immediately to pay for my basic expenses.
                          If i were in the us when this fraud happened i would have got struck in another country with no money. If needed, i am willing to provide more details/proof of my travel history.

                                An amount of rs 199/- was deducted from my icici account on 22nd march by amazon. The transaction info is vsi*amazon stan. Neither am i a prime member, nor did i recieve an otp to authorise the transaction.

                                I would like to take this to rhe required authorities and demand a full refund. I would also like to know how icici shared private and confidential information with amazon without my approval as soon as possible

                                  My name is kalpesh sonani. My fastag costomer id is 11594077. My car no. Is gj05js8041. I am going to surat to bharuch on dt.9/3/2020. I paid cash toll fee of rs. 25. But automatic deduct also from my fastag account of rs.25. So i total paid 25+25=50 rs. So please refund my 25 rs.in my fastag account as earliest. Or my bank account no.[protected]. Icici bank, ifsc code icic0003400.
