[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — money deducted from bank through upi but recharge not done

I have recharged my jio no, on 3rd july 2018 at 08:52:49 pm through myjio app using upi [protected]@icici, my account is debited and money deducted from my account rs 349. But the recharge is not done and also did not get my money back to my account.
I have used sbibhim upi app.

My transaction id : upi/[protected]/[protected]@icici

Transaction id :[protected]

I have used sbi bhim upi app. I have attached the deduction statement from my bank also the debited sms from my bank.

Please take necessary action so that i can get my money back.

I have mailed to [protected]@icicibank.com on Jul 6, 2018, 8:07 AM . with all the details but still no reply from them, even they did not send a response mail regarding complain received .
No refund, No response from icici .

Response from ICICI Bank :

If funds transferred from Non ICICI Bank account, you need to take up the issue with that non ICICI Bank from where the funds transfer has been initiated.
So that, the Non ICICI Bank will raise the concern to ICICI Bank, then our team will be able to provide the resolution on the complaint.

After receiving response from ICICI, I have mailed and complained to SBI . But Still no response .
I have received response from ICICI on 9th July, 2018 and then mailed to SBI at that moment, Unfortunately today is 15th July No response from them even NO email communication from SBI .

I think there should be some automated refund process or policy . As Govt wants more online transaction but the banks are very careless and not at all customer friendly .

After this type of harassment why people will transfer money through online ??
