[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money deduction without any notification or confirmation

While opening my salary account the bank officials opened 3 in 1 account so demat account created without informing me later they also denied to deactivate my demat account by saying that they don't deduct money unless I use it. They deducted amount of 68.83 rs on July 27, 2021 from my bank account as DMC/IN(demat account no) /DP CHGS till jun-21. But I never used DEMAT account. And the customer service is not responding in a helpful way.
