[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — money got debited but not credited

Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I credited an amount of *rs.10, 000* to bank of india account holder *twice*. But money did not get credited to that account, but debited from my account.
Instead i got a message *twice* as
Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.10, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-nov-2018 11:08:55. Txn status will be updated by beneficiary bank in 3 working days.
Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.10, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 01-nov-2018 11:09:35. Txn status will be updated by beneficiary bank in 3 working days.
