ICICI Bank — money not credited

Transfered 10, 012.51/- to my nps account from my icici account on 23rd dec 2017.
While money got debited from my icici bank account, internet error came & transaction failed.

Money has not reached nps account despite end of 3 days.

Please check the status of this money transfer and kindly credit the amount back.
