I have booked tickets on irctc on 28th, May, 2019 amount is debited from my account but tickets doesn't booked. Then i tried again to book ticket on the same day and tickets booked successfully. Amount is 1005.49.
On 1st of June amount refunded in my account is 1005.49 two times. I don't know whose mistake is that bank or irctc. On 29th June, 2019 the amount which was credited by mistake in my account is debited after my complain.
Then I cancel the ticket which i booked on 28th May, 2019, irctc has refunded the amount on 11th of June, 2019. The amount refunded by them is 815. But that money is not credited to my account. I confirmed with irctc they have send me the confirmation mail with ARN number too.
I got frustrated by calling icici customer care. They denied everytime. I forward the irctc confirmation mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. I told the whole scenario to executive too. He asked me to forward the mail. I didn't got any update from bank.
Could you please check and let me know the status.
