I have transferred a sum of 1, 11, 000 to a HDFC account through IMPS option. The amount got deducted from my account but it is not sent to the beneficiary account. I am not able to contact customer care also.
Please resolve this issue. It has been two days since this failed transaction. But money is not refunded yet.
