ICICI Bank — Money Stuck for 3 days after restaurant swiped off the wrong amount

On August 8th 2021, a cafe in Jubilee Hills deducted ₹42280 instead of ₹4228 from by HDFC Debit card and gave me a void sale receipt and said it will take 24hours to credit in my account. As I post this on 11th August 2021 the money still has not been credited and the cafe management says that it’s stuck in transaction at their bank ie ICICI. Pls advice as this is a big blunder and can’t be ignored for so long.
