[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Moratorium did not apply after many request | |
I applied many times for the Moratorium on my Credit Card Personal Loan EMI from ICICI Bank Website Home Page but I never got a confirmation message. After this bank deducted the Auto debit fee from my credit card and did not apply the moratorium on my credit card. When I am calling customer care then they are saying that Moratorium was not applied on your card so the auto debit fee is deducted. But Auto Debit was not enabled on my credit card. Customer service is worst they don't know anything. I have applied 6 times in June for Moratorium but never got confirmation message. I want to return the auto debit fee and apply Moratorium on my credit card emi. Please give me a solution to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |
