As an employer, we are not getting support from the Multi Wallet Card team. There are no responses to our queries. We have unresolved issues open for more than 1 year!!
The team change is not updated to us. Somehow we manage to find out on our own about the new team. The new team turns out to be worse than the one before. They do not answer calls/revert to any mails. They are treating their corporate customers this way. God knows what the retail customers must be going through!!
To top it all the "complaints" section on their website doesn't even cover the MultiWallet card in their categories. So I cant even raise a complaint through their site. There is absolutely no contact person/call center person available to guide. Every call center number has only IVRS running. Makes we wonder are we banking with robots??!!
