[Resolved] ICICI Bank — multi wallet card shows invalid | |||||
Hi, My multi wallet card is valid till 04/21 but it is declined for every transaction. When i am checking with website it is showing invalid card status. It has balance of more than 1500rs. My phone number is not linked with multi wallet card. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and activate my card. Hi Team,
My multi-wallet card for ICICI got expired on 01/21 but it has around 10000 balance in it. During its validity as well, I tried using it many times but it never worked. However, my salary slip always show deducted amount going to this multi-wallet card. Is there a way to cash out balance in this card or transfer the balance to new card? I don't think my phone number is linked to my card though I remember providing the concerned authorities at time of getting the card. I never received any message regarding my earlier transactions nor about the available balance.
My card details are as follows:

Valid through: 01/21
