Dear sir/ma’am,

Myself karishma gupta is a holder of saving bank account no.[protected], in icici bank. Being student, i presume that mine was/is a zero balance account. Earlier, i had young stars account [[protected]] which was closed on attainment of the age of 18 years and my parents opened my regular savings bank account with the icici bank whose number is mentioned above. My parents too, have their accounts in the same bank for more than 15 years but they have never come across such situation [being zero balance account]. I believed that icici bank has always been ethical and keep its consumers informative but my thoughts are shattered when i come to know on inspection of my bank account that icici bank has been charging and deducting mab charges on regular basis without any intimation since its opening which came to my notice when my parents transferred amount to my account and i felt a shortfall in the total account balance. I found that the bank has been continuously debiting the charges without any communication in this regard. I neither received any email or any sms on my registered mail id and mobile no. Ever. It seems that icici bank has done this to plunder their innocent customers like students who are most vulnerable as they are supposed to devote their time to study rather than keep scrutiny their bank accounts. The deductions are not only exorbitant, inconsistent but indicative of organized loot and a sign o[censored]nethical banking. If i would be informed at first place that bank would deduct mab charges on my account, i would have asked my parents to transfer me more amount or close this account, opting to use my parent debit card.

Sir, i believe that i cannot be made subjected to any loss especially when i don't have any mail informing about these mab charges from icici bank. Since, the bank wanted to enrich this way to it, i was never ever called, mailed or messaged. Now that, i understand that icici bank has not informed me about minimum balance system, at the first instance itself, they can not deduct any charges. It is therefore required to credit back to my account with the amount debited {rs.10057.61} so far on account of mab. If the bank would not do that then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear cut violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006 as the icici bank had charged the same keeping the customer in total dark. Further, when the majority of banks are offering zero balance account, the icici bank is choose to go other side to make money by mab charges.

I closed my Iwish Premature as i need money, but still the money is not being creadit to my saving account. It's been almost 2 weeks or may be more than that.

    I'm a account holder of icici bank account no:[protected], on dated 18th may 2018 amount 700/- deducted without any deduction done by me. It shows transection for dream 11 but i don't have any account on dream and this deduction is for what i don't understand clearly.
    I need my money back because no transection is done by me.

      Scam

      I (Pritamjit Singh Ghai) got a call from customer care of airtel on 14th may 2018 saying i am missing their deadline of not replying to their sms of one month which they had send me for blocking of mobile number, if did not link my mobile with aadhar card. I told them there is a hc order saying there is not necessary to link mobile number with aadhar card now. They said the sms was one month back so i need to reply to 121 and i did so and said they will block my mobile number for 24 hours and again reactivate within after that. To my surprise after 2 days when the number was unblocked i went to airtel customer care but did not get a proper reply and said such scams are going on since last 2-3 months. I also went to check my bank balance and noted to my surprise that it was totally washed out and immediately enquired with icici bank and asked for updated statement and found that on 16th May 2018 rs.24490/- was removed through airtel bank. I complained the dispute with the bank and also at nearest police station.

      Sr. Police inspector said that there is a new order from rbi that bank has to refund the amount to the customer and the investigation can be carried out during and after the complaints.

      All the complaints filed are attached for your reference. Icici complaint no SR[protected]. Police station complaint dated 18.5.18 Kurla west. The ICICI care agent Vithal said that many such cases have been coming and reported recently.

        Dear sir,

        I am having one credit card of icici bank ending 6000 since long time. The last bill amount due date was 3rd may, 18 and i have deposited a cheque no. 002067 before 30th april, 18 in bhankrota branch and get phone call from branch also that the cheque shall be presented on 30th april. The same cheque not sent for clearing so i raised the online request on website and get call from customer care that cheque will take 3days to clear. But the same was not happened, so i sent one person to trace the cheque. Where it is lying and it was found in bank in pending and presented for clearing on 9th may, 18. Now the bank has imposed penalty, intestinal etc for late payment whereas my concern that why don't they call to their branch to confirm my submission and not reversal of the charges. I got irritate to call on customer care and writing to them but no reply for solutions. There final verdict that you have to pay the entire amount otherwise further charges will be imposed.

        Kindly help in his matter.

          As observed, my previous account balance was 4285rs.i transfered 2500rs another account(only one time transfered) but it showing twice and 1785rs amount has to be there in my account but it showing zero balance..i need my remaining amount and kindly please check and do the needful.

I complained the dispute with the bank and also at nearest police station.

            Similar thing happened twice with my icici credit card early this year. Some company named audible ltd, london removed rs.700 which was not authorised or done by and i filed dispute with icici bank and also cancelled my credit card and they reissued new credit card. After three months same thing happened with rs.1000 from audible ltd. I got refund of first rs.700/- and again filed dispute with icici bank. They again said to block and cancel the credit card again.
            Sr. Police inspector said that there is a new order from rbi that bank has to refund the amount to the customer and the investigation can be carried out during and after the complaints.

                Hi,

                I have taken a personal loan from icici bank - details are as below -

                Date of loan execution: 14 july 2016.
                Loan amount: rs. 10, 00, 000.00
                Tenure: 60 months
                Rate of interest: 12.99%
                Product type: personal loan

                Principal outstanding as of 17th may 2018: rs. 701, 543.50

                When i was taken this personal loan, icici bank told me that zero pre-closing charges after successful completion of 12 emi as rupees 10 lakhs to eligible the zero pre-closing charges offer.

                I have completed 22 successful emis without any delays and late payments.

                Now i want to close this personal loan.
                I reached icici bank to pre-close my personal loan. Bank apply pre-payment charges @5.9% on outstanding principle amount.

                I reached to icici bank branch to resolve this issue. Bank told me talk to your rm but rm not giving proper answer.
                I reached icici bank customer care many times to resolve this issue. They are irresponsible and not giving proper answer.

                When there is an open market offer icici bank announcing that there won't be any preclosing charges aaplied after successful completion of 12 emis if the personal loan amount is rupees 10 lakhs.

                This is not fair at all. Cheating the customers.

                At july 2016 sales people not tell me that own funds required for prepayment. Only told me if you want to close your loan after 12 emi you can close your loan with zero closer charges. That's why i am taking step to close my loan. Also not convey me on phone calls and never send me any document to understand own fund fanda's. When you sale a loan product tell the people clearly we want own fund after 12 emi.

                Why bank are not send me a document for prepayment accepted only own fund not any other mode of payment.
                Also sales people not inform me on phone calls for not even single time.

                Kindly provide positive response to me.

                  My name is Chethan Das and i'm holding a salary account in icici bank from the past 2 years. i just saw account statement today when i checked my account statement online, that i have been charged POSDEC chg of RS. 29.50 amount on May 4th 2018 and the description says: POSDEC CHG/[protected]/1907+GST.

                      Me & my wife has a joint account in icici bank. On 16th may 2018, rs. 1899/- has been deducted from our account without prior approval of anyone neither me & nor my wife. We have not requested for any service from icici bank.

                      We got a call from icici bank & they were asking for activating some service, but we have denied the same. Post denying the request for any sort of service activation, our account has been debited. Request your help looking into this issue as soon as possible. We would be very much thankful to you for this purpose.

                        I have applied for a personal loan with reference number 70543287, all docs were submitted on 09/05/2018 and the status shows approved as per icici customer care people. Till now i have not received the credit in my account and everyday i keep getting calls informing amount will be credited on xyz day. No one is helpful and they just pass time when i call them and ask for status. I have even complained to icici ceo and then also no use. I think they are pretending to give loan amount and have taken all my confidential docs like payslip, pan card and bank statement xerox, they can do fraud with all my docs. Please see and get me justice.

                          stopped getting otp on my nri mobile (local provider)

                          I got here trying to look out for a solution for my issue, but i guess i am not the only one.
                          I stopped getting otp on my registered mobile (Foreign). It happened after demonetization. Now whatever option icici will or would provide, - have gone there and done that.
                          Now i strongly feel it is being done purposely.
                          Nri's can put money but outside india, can't do an operation which requires otp.
                          Doesn't matter you...

                          My bank debit ecsrtnchg charged 472 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is.                                   Icici bank started debiting rs30 every month without intimation about the reason for this transaction. When i enquired about it, they mentioned that it was for my money application which i had never subscribed to. The customer service representatives and very uncooperative and unprofessional. Even after my intimation and complaint. They have still kept on deducting the amount from my account. I want the entire refund with interest. And also i would request the authorities to levi penalty charges for this unprofessional behavior

                                    With utter frustration i am writing that i was issued a loan and my
                                    Salary credits on 5th evening of each month provided its a working
                                    Weekend, it doesn't credits if its a public holiday. Very carelessly
                                    The bank tries its emi deductions from salary without considering
                                    These facts. I have a fractured hand due to a recent accident and on
                                    Top of it i am receiving texts to clear my emi as they have tried
                                    Deductions on 5th may afternoon and it has failed. I feel very
                                    Irritated due to the way the bank is torturing and harassing me to pay
                                    Fines i had informed bank by writing a mail too to shift the date but
                                    They didn't and it was promised through customer care also as for
                                    Previous month also similar issue had arrived and they made me pay
                                    Fine and i did it, now my health conditions aren't allowing me to roam
                                    Around the bank and they send their employees to my home just for 1 month emi and they are also calling me and my parents repeatedly i insist
                                    To take strict action against the managers who have decided these date
                                    Of deductions without asking me and putting me in problems repeatedly
                                    And i am not willing to pay any fine as its not my mistake and i would
                                    Also like a refund for making me pay extra fine for one more month.
                                    These kind of carelessness and fraud can't be expected and i also want to make sure that people around me never take any loans from icici for such
                                    Sort of issues i am facing, please take relevant action against them
                                    Immediately.

                                      I have credit card of your bank, and due to some reason i am not able to pay amount. People from your credit card department is threatening me, my daughter in law, my son entering inside my house, and sending personal message on my number.

                                      [protected], pradeep, he is threatening me from your department. Now i am going to the police station and to my lawyer to lodge a complaint against your people under section 506 for harassment.

                                      You cannot threat people like this, and now i will teach you people a good lesson. I am not paying a single penny, and lodging all proofs of threat.
