ICICI Bank — my account not working

My icici account is deactivated. I already submited all the documents that required to activate my account in icici branch in sector 30 gurugram. But still my acoount is not activated.
I am facing issue from 2 month. I went to 5 to 6 branch of icici but branch manager are not available or absent in that branch. At last i go to icici branch in sector 30 gurugram. I submitted all the documents that required but till now my acount is not activated. So please tell me what is the next procedure to activate my account.
