[Resolved] ICICI Bank — My balance is shown as negative

In my bank statement it shows rs.10000,
But i am not able to withdraw my money from atm or transfer online.

It shows available balance as -20000

I was planning to transfer the amount, and during that time it showed insufficient balance. And i check the site it shows
Available balance 10000
Total available balance -20000

I called the customer care and they said, this has to be done from bank branch, when i went there they need 24-48 hours to do it.

I was in need of money today. And is not able to get it from my account in which i have deposited earlier.

HI Team,

In my bank statement it shows rs.2, 914 as balance.
But i am not able to withdraw my money from atm or any other transaction

It shows total available balance as -7, 291.

when i called the customer care of ICICI bank they notified me that there is some lien mark against my account and which should not have been there, this was not informed to be me - without any infromation they are not allowing me to take my money, this is not acceptable-- it feels being robbed from your
