Without any prior notice or email, my bank account has been frozen since almost 1 and a half week now, and there has been no action taken for the same. No reason has been given for this either. When we visited the main branch of the bank, the branch manager mentioned that he also doesn't have the required information. He told us to wait for the bank to contact us, which the bank has not done till now. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible, as we have our whole business halted due to the payments that are not being received or being sent. Was this information helpful? |
