[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my credit card bills | |||
I applied for a credit card in september 2017 when i opened the salary account in the same bank. I also applied for a card protection plan for my cards, but the card was not delivered to me till january 2018 and no details of the card were given to me but they were charging with interest on my card without giving me the card or the card details. In january when i was recieved mt credit card, i used it for a payment of ₹75 and made a payment of the minimum amount of ₹1800 after i recieved a message of my credit card getting blocked. Even after making the payment, my card was blocked the very next day and after that they have been charging me with the interests on the same and now they have started calling me for my credit card bills and instead o[censored]nderstanding my point, they are constantly accusing me of not paying the bill on time. Kindly look into the matter very seriously because this is the worst bank services i have ever recieved. Was this information helpful? | |||

I used ICICI Travel Card in Indonesia. The transaction on 11th October 2018, at 2:13 (IST) was failed. The money is debited from my account but I did not get the cash.
