[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my credit card courier delivery issue | fraud may happen | |||
My credit card is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 7 and it was supposed to be delivered as on 10july2019 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel to me and i did not call from blue dart. There is no customer service, if i try to customer service number there is no response, they may do fraud transation on my credit card please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis. They have sent message saying that courier is delivered at 1.40 pmon 10thjul2019 to umpathi, but i dont no who is uma pathi and i did not recived credt card yet. What kind of action is taking icic bank on this type of fraud courier services. When i called bank customer care they told we will cancel the card, this not good option for customer.
