On 20th March, 2023, I have applied for secured education loan of 46 lakh rupees by calling ICICI customer care number and a loan manager called Kriti assigned to me. At that time she told me that it will take atmost 10 days for sanctioning the loan. However, today is 10th April and my loan has not sanctioned. On 1st April PD of my father's shop had taken place till then everything was fine and Kriti told me that by 3rd April I will definitely get loan sanctioned.
But on 3rd April, my case was in Neha Rani's hand who was verifying my case and she told me that it would take 1 week for sanctioning the loan. On 6th April she verified it, she took 4 days for a work which could be done only in 1 day. Also I in those 4 days I called her 2-3 times almost everyday to know the status and to speed up the process, but she didn't pick up even a single call. Is this the way ICICI representatives help their customers.
On 6th April, I called Kriti in afternoon to get the status so she told me that she had mailed the 3rd party company to visit the property which I put as security and she again assured me that max by 7th april my loan will get sanctioned. But no one came, I waited for 4 days but no one came. When I asked Kriti why no one was coming initially, she told that she has mailed them but she didn't know why they are not coming, but in evening when I tried to reach her, she was not responding to my calls.
I am planning to go to U.S.A. for which I have to book slots for visa interview and without loan I can't do this. Getting U.S. visa interview slot is highly difficult that's why I thought to get loan early and apply for visa, but worst and pathetic service of ICICI bank shattered everything. Now no one is replying my calls, I don't know the status of my loan, I am really stuck. I never expected this from such a prestigious bank.
Either, I want my loan sanctioned by 12th April or I will remove this loan request and go to another bank for loan. Was this information helpful? |
