Hi Concerned Team,

I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5%, 2%, 1% discount on whatever spending from amazon and online as a member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives. Now in the same context around 14000 reward points are on hold for being a loyal customer of icici Bank and using their card throughout. I could have used other bank credit card that i hold but i sticked to ICICI.
The customer service executive told me that if reward points go over 7000 it will be on hold for investigation. That shouldn't be the case since the card has been given us for shopping purpose only and if we shop more it's good for the bank ultimately. The bank charge such high ROI in delay of payments but when it comes to releasing the reward points it's been on hold without any warning that I am overspending. I've never been late in paying my credit card dues, i always did it well before time still I have to face such inconvenience that I could never expect with such a enormous pvt sector bank.

        My platinum credit card is charged invalid reward redemption handling fee - ₹25 + ₹4.5 GST. Transaction statement is showing handling fee is charged for redeeming the reward points for Order No.[protected] on 4th December, 2022. But I didn't redeemed any card reward points. I have verified all my statements, there is no such transaction. So I reached customer care service through this number[protected] and asked my query. But they told me to reach their email services for such query. So I sent an email to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. They are not giving proper response. I am following up with them for more than 1 week. Instead of providing support, they are frustrating the Customer by asking to register email Id, transaction screenshot etc. That is already a registered email id, I am receiving all my transaction related emails for that email id only. But they can't even map to my account/transactions through their support applications/systems. After 1 week of conversation, they are seeing my screenshot and sharing the same details whatever available already in my screenshot. But still I didn't get any proof from them for which transaction/order it is charged. This is the big scam by ICICI bank. It is not my first experience, it is always the same for all my credit card related queries. They are having only email communication for credit card queries. If we ask some query, the answers will be very irrelevant from the bank executive. As It is asynchronous communication, 1 or 2 times Customer can follow-up, after that they will leave. This is the strategy followed by the ICICI bank. Please take necessary action against ICICI Bank.           Deducted Amount ₹.826/-. I'm not done any transaction and not used something like demat account and all. Justify the reason and kindly revert my amount back procedure.

            My name is Rampati Bai. I am writing this lettter to complain you about the poor service provided by icici staff. Many times i get sms alert and calls for kyc update with my saving account. 4-5 times i visit to icici bank dei branch for kyc update. but the staff did not pay attention to update my KYC. i requested them but they refused and misbehaved with me. they all were busy in gossips and doing breakfast. After 4-5 times visiting icici dei branch i haven't gotten any resolution. my saving account linked to my current account
            I hereby request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to stop using your service with an unsatisfactory note. I am not going to pay KCC loan interest unless the problem is resolved.I

                Total available balance shows negative.

                My account shows ₹ -1418 balance why is that?
                Available balance shows ₹ 146.47 and total available balance is in negative.

                I received a refund of ₹747 from the Grow app.
                And now the balance shows ₹ -671.04

                Please help on this matter and refund me the amount of money which is in negative....

                  Sir iam full of disappointment for no bus for bhavani bye pass from coimbatore. Only lot of 1-1 for Salem only they also not picking us not only iam all the passengers also iam waiting since 7:15pm -8:45pm and iam ask for one sub inspector he was not at all answering properly to me and the wrost experience sir this incident held on 06/04/2023 all the co passengers are aged person sir other drivers are saying full ah traffic at coimbatore city ok sir Iam agree with the statement of drivers but how all 1-1 buses are also came in same way how that bus came?????? I am hope you should take serious action for this incident sir

                    Hi, i have purchased children growth bond - 022002-cgb (four) in name of my grandchildren in 2002, with its redemption date 27.03.2023. I have tried to get in touch with the company at the email address provided on the bond. However the email returned with delivery failure response mentioning the email address does not exist. I need to know the correct contact details for the fund house to be able to initiate the communication. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com,

                        Due to some financial reason not able to pay card dues which already due from more than 10 years, from 2/3 moths collection agency person contact me over phn for settlement and starting discussion for settled amount and i request them for some times now they started visit my house without any permission from me and without any prior notice, to day person visit my home and from call me for pay the settlement amount anyhow within 2/3 days where no any settlements amount finalised till now. pls clarify me is it any way to collect debt amount by collecting agency person as per RBI rules . pls look in to the matter take action .

                            ICICI Bank dp chgs till feb 22

                            Hi Team,
                            Myself Sunil Adichwal, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till 20 on 30th march 2020

                            I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                            I want complete refund ....

                            My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

                                ICICI Bank is intentionally not providing the customers the option to raise complaint at higher level by not providing the service request number, which is totally against the RBI Guidelines. (I have recorded 2 calls that I have made to customer care where they have denied the service request number).
                                even the website where escalation to senior officer can be made is not working. (I can also share the screen recording that I have taken).

                                Phone Banking senior officer Swetha have confirmed that it's a technical error from the bank in the call made on 4th April at around 5PM (Call record can be produced), But she said that even though it's a technical error from the bank customer will still be not reversed the charges.

                                ICICI Bank is true daylight Fraudster. I am planning to take this to RBI and the Consumer forum.

                                  I was told that the demat account is free for lifetime while getting my salary account opened from icici bank representatives.

                                  Even though after repeated complaints to close my demat account no action was taken and hence my account was debited of Rs216 and further amounts as my account balance reached 0.00.

                                  Please help me get my demat account closed as soon as possible.

                                    Myself Jyotiranjan Samal, I have been with icici bank since 2006. On 4th April, 2023, 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account, N[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far. Thanks
