My name is sirisha. I have an account in icici and also a credit card [protected].Sir, my credit card limit is 35000 ...sir i have paid the minimum amount monthly but they are taken only fine Minimum amount is not calculated in card . I face this problem repeatedly. I've not been paid for the last few months because I have some financial issues and also I lost my job in the last 6 months.they are called to my phone contacts same situations repeated please take the action sir[protected] this is bank employee number they are called to my relatives. my son is suffering with TB disses in this situation i don't have pay the money to the bank i want some time (3 months) .. please don't calls to my relatives i will committed to suicide ... no body and no one can never pay the credit card bill... plz sir take the any action.promise on my son i don't have a money...

      This is regarding late payment charges levied to me on my credit card.

      I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that I was occupied with a medical emergency in the family and hence couldn't settle this on time. All my past payments have always been done before due date. I have been an ICICI bank customer for more than 14 years and have never defaulted/ delayed any payment till date and this was the one off exceptional instance due to an unavoidable personal emergency.
      Despite all this, I wasn't given any consideration. This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response.

      So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 year,
        Now they have charged 588.82 under this category DCARDFEE8302MAR23-FEB24 +GST on[protected].
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.

        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.

        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

        There should be some formal process for doing all these things.

        I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

        ICICI Bank didn't resolve my issue when I complaint the issue it automatically showing the complaint has been resolved.

        DCARDFEE8302MAR23-FEB24 +GST these look to be DEBITC ARD ANNUAL FEES
        588.82 - By this it looks like Rs 499 (Card fees) and Rs 89.82 (GST)

        When you use a service the fees also are charged at the end of 1 year, right?

          Hi there one KCC account linked with my pan number CEYPG1113G. I never applied for any KCC in any bank. Someone else using KCC on my PAN Card. Even registered number doesn’t belong to me. I went to bank but they didn’t help on this. Someone is misusing my information. I want immediate action on this. Please also help me remove this account from my cibil report because the user using money but not paying on time so my cibil is impacted because of this account.

            ECSRTN Charges

            I am Saravana, i have taken LIC to policy and my monthly premium gets deduct 15th this month i have not maintained minimum balance on time. icici have charged me ECSRNT charges in this month. Without any information 590rs is detected from my account.
            Please solve this issue....

              Could someone please tell me why it got detected from my account.

                Deduction of money from nach ad rtn charge of bnk bflf

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased 2 bonds of Rs 4000/- each vide certificate no 10371 & 10372 on 05/10/1998 and the face value is Rs 100000/- each (Total Rs 200000/-) in the name of Anuj Nigam & Mamta Nigam and the Bondholder No 4289-711. These bonds were due for maturity on 05/12/2022. I have visited ICICI bank in Connaught Place (A Block) last month. They have directed me to to send the mail to ICICI bank
                ([protected]@icicibank.com). I have already sent 6 reminders and is still not answered. I believe bank has collected the money from people and will not pay us back now. It is our hard earned money which is going
                in to the drain. Hopefully RBI & SEBI will look into this and will instruct to them to pay the money
                immediately to all bondholders.

                  I've done two transactions with icici credit card on
                  22/3/2023 of Rs 55000, and on 24/3/2023 of Rs 53335.92,
                  Both transactions showed Void sale but amount deducted and still refund not deposited to my credit card account, plz help me out

                      ICICI Direct is very very pathetic service.I am from Pune and visited Bibewadi office in person 3 weeks ago.Resubmitted KYC offline from also did KYC online .But till date no response.

                        I would like to inform you that Rs.9195 got deducted from my account at one shot on 21-mar-2023, i not even have any ECS mandate since last year 2022 in my account everything i have deactivated and paid the dues i donno from where this got accumulated, kindly reverse my charges, i have been a customer to ICICI more than 9 years now, since i lost my job during COVID i might missed couple of nach ECS for which amount got debited last year multiple no of times and i even paid that loan amounts, i believe ICICI will work on this issue and clear it asap. if banks deducted amount like this without prior information unneccessarly it will be huge issue.

                              10 days ago 1899 rs has been deducted from ICICI Bank account mentioning it's for one assist plan renewal. I don't remember when I opted for this plan or why the money has been deducted without prior indication. Please reply to this complaint ASAP and I would like a complete refund from this charge .

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have made many complaints with icici direct customer care but my issue is not resolved, hence posting in the consumer complaints.
                                  Issue:
                                  I have converted MTF shares to delivery of Adani transmission on the 2nd of March total of 80 shares and only 30 are reflected in the account and 50 are missing.
                                  I have contacted customer service and logged a couple of sr[protected], sr[protected], SR[protected] but still, the issue is not resolved.
                                  This is really frustrating and it has been more than 20 days, but the issue is still unresolved.
