I did online recharge of my Brts janmitra card of INR 400 as I do recharge my Brts card by using google pay regularly. The transaction showed successful but ICICI bank did not credited the top up balance in my card. I went to the nearest Brts station and asked for balance enquiry and they showed that no money was added to the card. So where did my INR 400 go? It’s not showing in my card balance at ICICI website and neither i got any sms...
From last couple of weeks I am observing that my money is being deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. Also, all my EMI is being auto debited on the due date and still the NACH rtn charges are being applied to my account

Myself padmanaban, I have been with icici bank since 2016. This year 2023 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 31 March 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL FEB-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.
same issue faced last year 2022, i was contact ICICI direct the my demant account was closed, but still i have facing issue demat account again charged. why ?

I have never used my Demat account. I have also requested to close my demat account 2 yrs back. Why it is still open? I didnt even wanted it in the first place it was forcefully opened by ICICI guy. They have been deducting this charge for last 3 years now. I want my money back otherwise I am going to complain in the court. And post this scam on all social medias.

If you are short of money go and beg RBI to provide you the money. Who gives you the right to deduct the money from the bank account. If you want to deduct provide a communication to the person in email and if he/she agrees do the debit.
What are these charges in the first case. Could you please elobrate more in details.

I have raised a dispute for money transferred to fraudster/Scamster account the same day 25/03/2023. Also raised cyber crime complaint acknowledgement number [protected]. Request you to freeze the merchant account and convert the temporary credit provided in my account to permanent credit as soon as possible.
Th Authorization is skipped from ICICI bank end to identify the fraudster/Scamster account and looks like also KYC problem. This account[protected] Mahakali textile should be freezed and caught as soon as possible as they are doing countrywide scam using platform www.amblinboxoffice.com. This is kind of refund and recovery scam ongoing which is targeting innocent people in the the name of work from home opportunity and looting people's hard earned money.
I had called your ICICI bank customer care immediately to recover the money but they said money is deposited to merchants account and cannot be reversed.
