[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my icici savings is auto debited without my knowledge

My savings account in icici bank is auto debited in may, 17th 2018. The cash debited from my account is 3000 with out my knowledge what i have to do. It is a zero savings account which was given by icici bank and it is a rural branch. It is loacted in mundlapadu. When i got to bank and asked about it. They simply said we dont know the money is withdrawn from your account by other atm what i have to do now?
