Hi Team, The ATM machine is off due to a power cut, so I didn’t get money, but my money is deducted from my account. PFB details:-Acct XX670 debited with INR 600.00 on 02-Jan-20.Info: NFS*BPCN1494*.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 670 to [protected] Time:-01:09PM Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, I have checked "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction.
