ICICI Bank — My Pocket Card payment Declined on all website

My Pocket Card payment is declined on all website why ICICI bank making fraud with customers I uses this card for 1 time in this month on hdfc pos but in website, it is not working my payment not done and bank charges me full year fee of card 113INR I am attach the screenshot of my payment not done with website and also they provide me wrong printed card on my pocket apps valid from date is different than card printed on my pocket apps its 05-2015 and they give me on card 06/2015 what kind of fraud is this?
