ICICI Bank — my salary account is not yet created | |
I have created account in icici bank on may 22, 2017. My account number is[protected]. But, the account is yet to be activated. My salary has been deposited to this account by my company on may 31, 2017. But, i am unable to withdraw the amount due to this account activation issue. I have been contacting icici bank representatives for the past 35 days. Also, i have visited the branch many times for this issue. They told that they have missed the hard copies (Proof) which i submitted them for the account creation and asked me to provide the same again. Upon providing the proofs again too, they did not take any action on account activation. I have been politely approaching the bank representatives so far. But the response they are giving is unacceptable. The persons (Selvam and his manager arun - chennai mint st branch -) who were involved in this issue are not properly responding. Is this the way you treat your new customer? I have crossed my threshold limit of holding back my anger on the way these representatives treat me on this. Till date, no representative has called me back for clearing up this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
