So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up. They called me to give an information and without permission they activate one assist plan and deducted my money from my savings account. So plz deactivate this plan and refund my all amount ASAP.

I am going thorugh the same issue, but no solution from ICICI bank, they always hung up my call with no solution in my bucket, bajaj is claiming that this is not done by them but by Icici Bank itself, i have lost somewhere around 16k just because of this, Someone please come up with a solution,
