ICICI Bank — NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bank BFLf, its deducting from my account

From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

Also I have given written letter in icici bank branch but but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.
Please find my deductions for reference.

in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~ -around 27000 amount was deducted from last 2 months

I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf".

From past couple of days I'm facing the problem from icici bank they are deducting amount from my account without any information or message when I check in statement it is showing NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~ I enquired with bajaj finserv but everything is clear from bajaj. Icici bank deducting amount from my account I.e 2794.52 please do the needy

This is very bad behaviour from icici bank they are deducting amount from my account without any message or notifications I want to know proper reason
