NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bank BFLf, its deducting from my account

From last couple of weeks I am observing that my amount was deducted under this following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang...

I’m using amazon pay credit card since 1 year. My all due clear on time. My whole cash back hold as demanding commercial use. But I’m using it only for personal. It’s right it’s highly use this month.
But bank don’t have any terms & conditions on this matter.
If terms & conditions available on website.
Then I follow this.
It’s very harassment. Bad behaviour.
After resolve this matter. I cancel my all ICICI bank credit card.
Also close the savings bank account.

    I didn’t never opened demat account so why should i pay your maintenance charge

    I raised complaint in customer care and icici bank manager manjeet alahwat but he didn’t answer I tried calling many times but he didn’t answer any calls

    Please refund my payment immediately if you will not refund my payment than i will complaint against your bank seriously 😒 this is illegal

      I have not received my check book whic was sent by ICICi bank. I have received email from courier that it have been delivered. Please can you check and raise a complaint still now i have not received any update from courier partner.

        I was assured that DP charges that were deducted from my account without any prior notice will be reversed once I close the Demat account, but still, there's no reversal.
        Kindly do the needful ASAP,
        Otherwise, I have to close my account and Remove my savings to some other bank, I don't feel safe keeping money in a bank that is involved in such treachery.

            With the reply from your last mail
            your official contact me and told me that the application got rejected (not an issue), issue is he contacted me after 1 month after mailing multiple times, now the price of the property has increased by 5 lakhs within this month, who will bear that cost ..i think no one then why he didnt informed me 1 month back so that i would have arranged it from somewhere else or would have applied in other bank ..but your relationship manager didnt care about the customer neither you..if you didnt care then why you have charged me for the login process..you could have told me before applying that you or yours employees not capable to handle the cases..so requesting you and gently asking you to kindly refund the charges because of negligence from your side..
            you are easily telling me that charges are non-refundable, i agree but you have charged me because of service which will be provided by you but i didnt got that, so i have rights to ask for refund..2nd thing i tried to contact ICICI bank through your complain site level 1 done but didnt got the valueable answer..then i tried for level 2 then response from your complain site " unable to process the request try after some time" for the past few days..neither you have responsibility to check that..then i tried to contact customer care ..no response

              Reopening of Salary Account

              I submitted request at ICICI Nungambakkam Branch in the month of FEBRUARY to close my DORMANT account [protected].

              Whereas TODAY 16-MAR-2022, they closed my Salary account[protected]. My salary account is linked to COMPANY SALARY / PAN / AADAHAR / PF / UAN / HOUSING LOAN / VEHICHLE LOAN.

              When I approached bank they say they are UNABLE to REACTIVATE / REOPEN my account, instead asking me to open new account....

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1499/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 10th March, 2022. Could you please assist me regarding...

                      I went to the ICICI branch(Jalgaon) to apply for a credit card on 24th Feb 2022. My Application Number is[protected]. I submitted my documents to a representative and he said that it will get processed within a day. Since there were problems in my aadhar card name and pan card, they suggested me that they will process the application with pan card and driving license. After 2 days I went to the branch to enquire about the application, I found out the employee was on leave. It wasn't even handed over to other employee. Upon our request another employee handled that case. I submitted all the documents again to the new handler but even then the application wasn't processed. In this much period even the documents weren't uploaded. How much time does it even take to upload the documents? We asked if the application will go through or not, so that I can stop following up. I was told that it will go through. I again went to the bank to enquire about it as there was no follow up. Due to medical issues, The employee was on leave. But again the case wasn't handed over to the new employee. We were asked to wait. Today I went to the bank and after around 20 days they told me that they won't be able to process this application. It isn't like the application got rejected by the system and they told us. They decided mutually that they won't even apply from their end. If this was the resolution why couldn't they have told me before 20 days. What was the point of making me wait just so you can tell me on your own that the application won't go through. It was a horrendous experience. Worst Service ever. I had never expected such kind of service from a giant like ICICI.

                        An autodebit from some Bajaj Auto for Rs.117 in my icici account. I had not authorized it and the bank is not sharing any background and basis for letting this transaction happen.
