[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — need urgent help

Hi,

My name is Sidra i had your icici bank credit card my credit card number is [protected]

One of the worst bank i have ever across in life who doesnt listens to their customers doesnt understand their customers comcern as a human being just because of their incentive they do like this and gives incorrect commitments false information who threatens harrass their customers

Since past so many months i was unable to make the payment for my icici bank credit card because i have lost my father i have lost my job and because my mother was very critical she was in ICU and because of so many unforeseen circumstances i faced a lot of financial crisis

Everytime whenever i get phone calls for payments since the beginning i have never denied for making the payment

Explained my concern to all the representatives with who so ever i have spoken with in a day i receive approximately 100 calls in every call i get new committments someone was telling me to make a payment for only Rs 3000 second call which i receive from your bank another person was telling me to pay Rs 9000 this happened for approx more than four months no one sticks to their words

Now then recently what happened was i have started receiving phone calls from Priya Vinod they introduced me that they are from Tis hazari court kashmiri gate which is completely fraud introduction to me

For settlement i have again got a phone call from Priya from [protected] and from [protected] she took Vinod and one stupid person who threatens harrassed me who name was Gaurav from collections department Rohini they three were on a conference call with me

I have shared my whole concern with Gaurav he said lets do a settlement i said its perfectly all right i am ready to do so but i told him that i will pay in three emis he got agreed for that i told him i will pay Rs 6600 first payment on May 26th 2018 and then on 26th of every month i will continue to make the payments he got agreed for the settlement of Rs 20, ooo and then he said he will send me a settlement letter and a confirmation email for the same i got agreed for that he didnt disclosed me about any auditors call the day when i have spoken with them next day again Priya called me and said i will receive a phone call from some audit department i said ok and i told her that if i dont receive phone call then ask them to drop me an email or sms with their call back number so that i can call them back which she got agreed i missed their calls

Today again Priya told me that i have never received their phone calls then i called myseld to this person Gaurav on his cell phone number i told him that i was unable to receive their phone call whats next then he said i will ask them to call you back i said its perfectly alright

Again i was out of home i again missed their phone call and as well as Priyas phone when i missed their phone calls i called back on those numbers but couldnt able to reach to someone the number was [protected] this is the same number from which i am supposed to get an audit call for settlement letter then i text Gaurav about that he didnt reply then i called him back soon after i send him the msg he started abusing me he started threathening me harrassing offended me misbehaved with me and said abhi teri gaand chut main marungi tuje nanga kar ke pitungi chodhunga tuje aur main dekhti hun behan ki lodhi ke kissi ke pass jaegi ab tu aur teri chut mein hath daal kar paise nikalunga aur tera rape kar ke tuje chodh kar beech kar paise nikalunga aur ab tuje court mein judge ke samane jana padega aur jaese abhi tak tera pending chal raha hai waese he chalta rahega aur ab tu bhosri wali ka ko koi settlement ke lia letter nahi aega aur ne tuje madar chodh ka settlement hoga he also said ke main tuje kissi bhi higher management se baat nahi karne dunga these are his wordings when i have spoken with him today on call on his cell phone number which is [protected] then i hung up the call i have searched some higher management number on google so i found the number i have called on[protected]on this number i have spoken with Abdul Hassan he lodged my complaint and i asked him to give me some senior managements numbers so he gave me the senior managements email address

My concern is when i have agreed to make the payment of Rs 6600 26th of every month from this months onwards and when he said that he will send a confirmation email for the settlement then why he didnt did that and today how come he abused threathened harrassed and offended me how and why a person can changes his statements so quickly

I need an urgent help on this concern because this is out of the limits none of the company policies tells their employees to take money like this from their customera and didnt tell their representatives to change their wordings and committments every companies policy has some or the other policy for unforeseen circumstances

I need a compensation for the same and on top of that do my settlement for Rs 15000 i will make the payment on 26th of every month and in three emis from this month onwards send me the confirmation email for the settlement and penalize Gaurav manager from rohini collection department Rs 5000 for doing such non tolerable things that too with a female customer

If i dont receive any phone call on the below mentioned contact numbers kindly please do send me a text msg and an email with a call back number so that i can call back on that number easily otherwise investigate it for me and give me the resolution asap because its out of my control now

All your representatives are biased no action taken since past so many days against that person everyone is taking his place the lady who called me from senior management pratibha ranpise she was also just asking me for payment everyone is after money noone is taking this complain seriously even his manager sandeep is also taking his side worst ### bank i am going to write a proper blog against ur bank n wil advised ppl not to take any kind of credit card from ur bank dont send me any kind of crap revert read my whole complain each n every word so that you should know what had happened n i need some managing directors contact num too so that i can call them n raise my concern to them dont tell me abt any kind of collection policy none of the company says abt the word which was used by ur stupid unprofessional manager named gaurav n none of the company policies tells to threaten misbehave offend and harrass their customers if they dont pay their credit card pymnts worst cust service provider fraudulent dept who are frauds introduce them as a lawyer priya and vinod n when u ask them abt their chamber number then they dont have any words they are silent give proper feedbacks and coaching to all ur rep n go through my last and as well as this email n then revert me asap
