ICICI Bank — Negative balance in SB

Dear concern, As I said, my savings account showing negative balance of -1707.63/-. When I have done last transaction of Rs.500/- i had balance of Rs.292.37/-. When I have verified with icici customer service representative He informed, after your balance of Rs.292.37 you have done 2 more transactions amount of 2000/- their is special service provided to use over limit, not able to check how much overlimit you can use and there is no charges for excess used.
