ICICI Bank — Net Issue ( Complaint No.29022024B876593

Dear Sir

Very Sorry stage which happened today which was done by your representative.
I got the phone call from call Centre stating that my person will there by 16:30 hrs.
I have been there but I did not get any intimation from get but later on I came to know that
they are working in tarrif. I went up and talked to them with my problem. By 17.15 hrs, they came
down to my flat. When I checked my workability of net browsing which was
not good at all. They phoned Mr Kamlesh and told me that another person will come n check.
I told him you should entertain my issue resolved first, If they knew that they can arrange another
technician immediately. Mr kamlesh told me before 19:30 hrs, another technician will come and resolve.

I was trying to contact Mr Kamlesh but I did not get him because he had talked to me thru board number.
I tol him I want to talk to senior office in this regard. He told me It can not possible now.
I told him this way you are treating the customer.

I told him you should send the technician tomorrow by 9 : 30 AM because my meeting will start by 10 AM.
Your visiting technician it can not be possible because I came to office by 10: 30 AM. I told him it is not look out.

Please verify my all complaints which was raised last couple of months, Only two times it is being attended.
However all the complaints have been closed without taking confirmation from me. It is very strange and I am ready
to talk to you in this regard.

Hope you understand me. Client can wait for 4 to 5 hours for resolve the problems, but you do not want to hear client

sorry to say that persons came but without solving my problem went away.
further to add that if you see my couple of complaints in which I have seen that
no one came to the society, but complaints were closed.
Very rare I am here due to my important tour, but service provided by you is not satisfactory..
I think I should discontinue with you.

Dear Sir

Very sorry to state that service provided by you is not upto the satisfactory lavel.
Every time I am facing the same kind of problem.

Today I made a complaint again, but it will take its own time ( refe no. [protected])

Before that I made the complaint on 17/02/2024 ( ref 17022024w705929 ) which was closed without coming to my flat
or not taken any confirmation from the customer. This kind of act has happened second time.

I am ready to talk to higher management in this regard.

If it is so, please disconnect permanently and refund my money back.
