[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Never got any support from Customer relationship manager

It shows in my account that I have a Customer relationship manager for me. I have whatsapp message from the person also if any help needed I should contact.

But unfortunately never got any support. I suggest ICICI bank not show this fake support for any customer.
