ICICI Bank — new account disabled | |||
I have created a new account for my wife, when i login it says its disabled. When i call customer care it get disconnected every time i choose the right option, i tried for 4 days almost 20 times. Went to icici branch they suggested to mail to customer care. I did, in response they say its dormant. please submit the documents. I have deposited around 25k now they say its dormant. its already 4 days i dont have any clue what to be done. Was this information helpful? | |||
