Applied to a fresh FasTag for my new car through icicibank online banking but it is being a month that it has not been received. After almost 25 days of the application, as there was no updates sent to me, i called up the customer service and they mentioned that the uploaded ID proof is not matching (not sure why the details from the same Addhar card attached to the ICICI Bank account and new FasTag account are not matching).
As suggested by them, created a new HelpDesk ticket also with a new uploaded copy of the ID proof but the same is still in progress since more than 12 days today and no updates made.
When contacting the customer service, they dont have any update on this HeldDesk Ticket.
