ICICI Bank — Nfs/cash wdl

Multiple times amount has been deducted from my account by the name "NFS/CASH WDL 'and when i called customer care . they did not have the courtesy to register a complain and tell me the answer of my questions.

I spoke to a banking officer named as 'PRAKASH', i asked him many times that where the amount has been deducted, but he did not gave me any answer of any question and then he told me that the their is "technical issue and i am not able to see the details of your account and immediately he said that i will pass on the phone to my coulegue and he will let you know the details and, and then he disconnected the call..

This is not acceptable, i was on the call for the 20 min and after waiting for so long, i do not get any answer and on top of that the executive is disconnecting the call.., for that call i have been charged 30rs, who will pay for that.

As off now their is deduction of 1500 from my account ..
and if i will not get any response of this within 24 hrs, i will make sure that this will be raised to higher level.

i tried calling you ICICI bank yestrday also, but there was no response, My Conatct number is in ur data base .I want the money to be refunded to my bank account.
see u people does not have anny responsiblity to call the user ...

i will be waiting today.
