    I am an account holder of icici bank for about 7 years. i am using my account for less frequently. because i got job in some other organization.
    But when i check my balance through net banking i saw a charges are deducted from my account in the name of smab chgs-apr16+stax 67.50 a total of rs.517.5 date 13.07.2016 and again on 19.07.2016 the same was repeated smab chgs-may16+stax 67.50 a total of rs.517.5 without any prior intimation regarding the charges. my name vrd anil kumar p, account no is[protected], contact no-[protected], email: anil. m. [protected]@gmail.com.

    I sincerely request kind authority to do the needful by recovering the deducted amount.

    This is a fraud site...trying to get all the bank details of the people who are asking for faqs. Don't ever mention your contact details, bank details and any personal details on web.

    I got few calls from different Mobile numbers: [protected] and [protected].

    First one almost close to my amount from the account..and the second one calling me repeatedly to know my card details...so please don't ever use this website for solution or problem solving...

      I got a cali from icici bank visamaster card depatment branch gurgaon. i think its a fraud call n contact number is [protected] she told me her name is neha varma.
      They told me you get some reward n cashback for credidcard. they deduct my amount rs. 2500. but plz told me how they know my contact number and i have icici bank credit card. i know i did mistake like share my deails but 1st up all its also your responsibilty to do not shares our single details like contact numbers to other banks or any agencies and you take a service chages for that how they know my number n card name? even very much calls comes from your side for offers so how we know its a fake or real??

        I have a savings account, rd account, life insurance for myself and savings account, rd account and fd account for my wife. I deposited cash for my wife account they have charged 259 rs as anw charges and teller did not inform me about this. I am really not happy with the service. This was never mentioned while opening the account or shared with customers. Kindly refund this amount asap.

          I was given a gift card of icici visa corporate which i used only once or twice
          As i mostly use my credit card. when i found that my card has expired i called the customer care to issue me a replacement card. customer care lady asked me to tell exact amount of last transaction on this card. as it happened months ago how can i recall the exact amount, no one told me that i have to remember exact amount if the replacement card has to be issued. so refused to issue the replacement card. so i cannot use the remaining amount of my card. i feel cheated.

            Dear Sir,

            I have made a trandsaction of Rs. 2000 from the ATM of Allahabad Bank in sector 34-A, Chandigarh, located on ground floor, front of Allahabad Bank. I have made the transaction in th evening around 5 o'clock, but I haven't received that amount from the ATM also no receipt, no sms, no email of that transaction. I have complained regardingthis to ICICI bank but they are saying that the transaction is successfull. I have made lots of efforts but not get my money.

            I have not enough money to call as I already spend Rs. 168 for this complaint from last 2 months. If you are able to provide me the money then its ok either make a call to me and get the complaint.

              I applied for personal loan loan from icicibank and on 16th july, 2016,, i got a call from them that my loan will be disbursed by that day evening. the status of my loan in iloan app was showing under disbursement process. but it wasn't disbursed till 18th evening. on 19th july, i called customer care and they told me additional documents are required and i should ask sales representative which documents are needed. meanwhile, the status of my loan changed to under process in iloans app. i talked to sales representative and he told me no additional documents are needed and my loan is approved.

              Someone kindly tell me when will my loan get disbursed and what additional documents are needed, if any.

                Im unable to unblock my icici card and make online purchases. The customer care doesnt respond. Went to bank and they said google it. Really? This is why we have customer care. Then im going mad online and getting no solution. This all for forgetting one 3d secure pin. I dont know how you guys can have no remedy for anything and in such a time even start suggesting your plans and policies.

                  This is my second post for the same complaint, as i havent received any resolution nor any reply from icici bank,

                  Hello,

                  Myself pratik tarpara, i am a corporate as well as personal banking customer of icici bank since past three years. On analysing my saving account statements i found that the bank has charged me a total of inr 10, 800/- as mab charges. This is ridiculous. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail so i never get to know the charges, the charges were different each month ranging from 18/- to 515/- and totalling to 10800/-,

                  On speaking to my friends about this charges, they told their bank reverses them... With the hope of reversal, i went to my branch, the executive was very rude to me, she was like dont u understand that you have to maintain minimum balance of 10, 000. I told her sometimes it is not possible to maintain and i do have regular deposits and withdrawal.. She was not ready to listen to me. I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges, she tells lets other banks do, icici do not reverse.. I lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support. Lastly, i told the mam that i want to close the account. Without even a second thought, she told me to fill the closure form and close the account... This kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

                  As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

                  Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

                    I have made a transaction via. icici bank atm using icici bank debit card. money got deducted from my account but i didn't receive the money from the atm. when i raised a complaint against this icici bank told me that money cannot be reversed as it is already paid as per records. when i requested for video footage in the nearest branch, it have been 3 days for video footage request but no solution. its really a harassment.

                      I haven't subscribed never to my money service but still annual fee for - jul16-jun 345.00 rupees got deducted without any prior notice and any number of calls to customer care didn't help. Most annoyingly i can't even find 'unsubscribe' in the my money console. I really got pissed off.

                      Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay me back my money.

                        Dear sir,
                        Last night i lodged a complaint in your sight for levying late fee charges and interest in my payment due in july 2016. Immediately after lodging complaint i have been receiving phone calls asking for details informing me that they will resolve the complaint. To day (19.7.2016) by 4.07 pm a phone call came from the number [protected] asking me the details of the complaint. Assuring me to reverse the excess charged in my credit card account they have asked me the otp which has come in my mobile. When i informed them that icici bank has advised me not to reveal the otp to any one, they asked me not to inform orally, they asked me to key in the figures when the systems ask for it. Assuming it is a genuine transaction i have keyed in the otp. But then it is for a transaction of rs. 10000 at paytm. This transaction was not put through in my account. A few mts later they informed me that the reversing was not successful and asked me to wait for a similar transaction. By 4.21 pm i received a message that a transaction of rs.4999 was made to one97 communica. I have neither received a message that"you have initiated a transaction of rs. 4999/..." nor any otp came for this transaction. I don't know how the culprits could able to put through this transaction without otp. Immediately i informed the customer care to block my card bearing no [protected]. Please arrange to look into the complaint and advise me the outcome

                          I am mr. Rakesh kumar got cheated by icici bank customer care.

                          Sir i paid rs. 637/- against examination fees to upsessb through icici net banking. The transaction failed, but money got deducted from my respective account (27 june 2016). But when i checked at upsessb site money did not get deposited (29 june 2016), hence i called icici customer care and register the compliant (29 june 2016). On the consecutive day (30 june 2016) i received call from icici customer care (Mobile no. [protected]), who gave reference about my complaint and ask me about transaction. After call, immediately i received message from the bank that rs.13, 826/- got deducted from my account against two successive transactions (Rs. 8990/- and rs. 4836/-), bank statement and e-mail related to the transactions are attached.

                          I will be very thankful if you take prompt action against the bank

                              I am holding icici credit card for the past 15 years. My credit card no. Is [protected] (Earlier one is [protected]) i have been regularly paying my credit card dues every month without penalty. Last month i made mistake in my payment cheque (Erroneously entered the year as 2015) and the cheque was returned on 23.6.2014. Immediately on the same day i deposited a revised cheque which was cleared on 27.6.2014. I am surprised to note that i have been charged with a late fee charge of rs.600 and an interest of rs.1069.11. Having made the payment within the permitted time limit of 23rd i may be waived of the above charges. If you look into my past history for 15 years i never delayed payments in the past and paid any penalty or interest. Kindly arrange to advise me action taken to enable me to make payment for the current month.

                                I am gayathri boddu. My cc no is 5241xxxx xxxx 5004.

                                Jan mnth mda (Minimum due amt) is 10, 910.00, tad (Total amt due) is 14, 045.07, and amt paid is 14, 000.00 (Rs.45.07 < 50, so omitted 45.07)
                                Feb mnth mda is 670, tad is 722.39, and amt paid is 700.00 (Rs.22.39 < 50, so omitted 22.39)
                                Mar mnth mda is 670, tad is 698.69, and amt paid is 700.00 (Rs.98.69 nearly 100, so paid upto 700)
                                Apr mnth mda is 670, tad is 673.94 and amt paid is 700.00 (Rs.73.94 near to 100, so paid upto 700)
                                May mnth mda is 640, tad is 648.13 and amt paid is 700.00 (Rs.48.13 near to 50, generally will pay 50, but paid 100)
                                Jun mnth mda is 620, tad is 621.23 and amt paid is 600 (Rs.21.23 < 50, so omitted 21.23 - charged)

                                If i had paid the rs.600 amt, am i not in a position to pay that remaining rs.21 also. I thought the credit card amt is far below rs.50, so omitted mistakenly.

                                Remaining all other mnths pymnts i have paid fully, but for jun mnth amt only i didn't notice the mda properly and paid 600.
                                For just not paying 20, charging rs. 575 (Late pymt fee 500 + srvc tax 75) is not at all good and that too for whom who pays the cc bills regularly and on time. I kindly request the amt to be reversed.

                                Also i do not even get the mini statement on my mobile even though my mobile no is registered. I just get the reminder that i need to pay the amt, but amt will not be mentioned in the msg. Icici bank is looting from their customers in these forms.

                                Recently one incident happened to my husband's icici savings account, his one friend has deposited amts of 50000, and his another friend had deposited 185000 four times and my husband did not know the rule about 4 times deposit in one mnth. Later when he checked the online mini statement, there was 484 charged for the 5th deposit. He did not expect the second friend will deposit the amts in parts, which is not at all a mistake from my side. At least bank officials should have said that there are already four deposits happened in this mnth and this deposit will be chargeable.

                                Given the space constraint, i'm not able to write all things here.

                                  We have given to sanap & associates llp (llp no - aag-6746) current account opening to icici bank, borivali east branch in second week of june, 2016 with all required compliance of documents for account opening as per your bank norms & also under rbi compliance norms. i have received the feedback from rajni dubey madam that your account opening has rejected the branch manager due to lesser amount of cheque given by you (rs.25000). i personally visited to borivali branch so many times & branch manager waz always stays out for the meeting. the branch manager mr. siddesh hardiker met me in the branch on 8th august & request to give the cheque of rs.50000 & will open your current account in one days. since then i'm waiting for our firm account open in your borivali branch.


                                  I have open my icici saving account in 2006 when your borivali branch has open since i have maintained the same till today’s date. (saving account no[protected]. i took rs.5 lakhs car loan for mahindra kuv100. & paying all the instalment within time to time. my car loan no is lamum[protected].
                                  I do have credit card of your bank too. i'am not defaulter or no single cheque bounce in any of my any of account till now.


                                  Since i have given submit the all documents to account opening to your icici bank, we're continuously taking the feedback to your sales officer & branch and they're promising me that your account has already open & will provide you the account no soon only. mean while i have open the account of my foundation & private limited company in two different bank in one week.

                                  Aseem medical education foundation - kotak mahindra borivali west branch.
                                  Shub-sandesh infrastructure & realty developer private limited - cosmos bank.


                                  Kindly answer me the few questions here.

                                  1) if your bank had not open the current account the why would you continuously give me the feedback to opening account??

                                  2) i'm giving the rs.25000 cheque to you after seen the june month account opening notification to your bank the why you've the taken the rs.50000 cheque & keep holding the my account such long time???

                                  3) if you have given us the idea about the overall the harassment your bank is going to do in the process of account opening the i would have prefer another option?

                                  4) who is responsible for the opportunity cost & time loss etc?

                                  5) the minimum balance is rs.10000 the why would keep holding the account till you’re not receiving big amount?

                                  6) if you’re not interested to open the account or taking such long time then don’t take our documents at first stage only? (will open our account in some another bank account)

                                  7) who is responsible for the continuous is lying?? bank or bank’s executive?


                                  If i have not received the proper treatment being the consumer then i'll proceed the complaints “the state consumer forum” or report to rbi under “the banking ombudsmen scheme act, 2006”.

                                    On 16th july i got a call for new icici bank credit card on my mobile number [protected], i checked my records and i already have an icici bank credit card of hp coral, which is lifetime free and good for me,
                                    Please dont send the new card as it is with annual charges fee and i was telling the same to your customer care and they were telling me all offers which are not of my interest and the present running card is in good work, the additional new card if sent will be rejected. from 16th july when i call the same customer care donot reply at all and hence this complain.

                                    I checked my records and i already have an icici bank credit card of hp coral, which is lifetime free and good for me,

                                    I dont want the new credit card as phoned to me on 16ht july on my phone [protected]... by your customer care.

                                    Again it is requested that, please dont send the new card as it is with annual charges fee and i was telling the same to your customer care and they were telling me all offers which are not of my interest and the present running card is in good work, the additional new card if sent will be rejected. from 16th july when i call the same customer care donot reply at all and hence this complain.

                                      I am having bank account in icici r. N. Mukherjee road, kolkata branch from last 7 years and my account no. Is[protected]

                                      I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by smab chgs apr16+s tax67.50 totalling 517.50

                                      I don't have any mail informing about this mab charges. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that i
                                      Understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

                                        Kindly look into this as i transfrd 10, 000 rs to icici bank through my other bank account to open an account in your bank to get instant account no.Instead of getting account number the page showes me "your request cannot be proceed now please try later" the amount was already deducted from my other account. One person from your bank his name is vineet jain (Prashant vihar branch) confirm there is no transaction from my side has been done.

                                        Did not got any resolution.A person from ICICI bank called me and said that was a fraud.but i dnot think so because i used a decured gateway to transfer the amount that is eazypay.icicibank.com

                                        Is it a fraud website on which i transferrd the amount.m sorry but 10000 is not a small amount.

                                        Please look into this and provide resolve this on urgent basis otherwise i have to escalate it to the Finance ministry or RBI.

                                        Waiting for your quick reponse as this already have taken more than 10 days.
