[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — NMMAB charges deducted from my account

₹ 28320 deducted from my account in the name of NMMAB- Request reversal.

Icici deducted ~ 28k from my account without any information in advance either in writing, sms or phone call.

If I was unable to maintain MAB bank should have notified me through sms( Icici charges ₹29.5), mail( Instead of sending blank Statements on mail they should write about the negative balance) or phone.

I have taken out account statements before transferring money in the account the statement shows no negative balance.

1) No sms ever send from ICICI for MAB( they also charge for this)
2) No mail( Only blank statements)
3)No phone call
4) No message, no pop on account dashboard

Now my account has zero balance and the bank I guess waiting for me to put more money so they can deduct it all.

Anyone would have closed their account if not able to maintain MAB if right information is given on time.

When you are charging for alerts, sending regular mails and have statement feature on dashboard( net-banking) and still not able to notify about MAB seems fraudulent.

I request reversal of full amount.
