ICICI Bank — No action taken yet (credit card)

I beg to say you that it is been long time informing you about the scenario,

Please do the needful.

As I have already paid all dues before as per the last payment discussed over the call one year back hence whatever I used, I have already paid with extra service charges.

please check there should be some loophole in this case.

this is the card which came with my salary account number (card number #[protected]),

and I was very new to use this credit card,

hence couldn't manage it properly, please forgive me for this

every time i had contacted and informed to bank

this is the issue going on but couldn't get it resolved.

due to this, there is so much of problem i am facing .

Please do the needful or show me the way to go.
