ICICI Bank — No due after settlement

I want to inform your bank that i have been going through a financial problem for many years.

Due to which i was unable to use my credit card for many years.

I was not aware that non-use of cards also increases the fees.

I want doing credit card's settlement in this regard.
I want to settle the credit card in this regard. Please help me settle the minimum amount and get relief from this problem and no dues letter provide to me.
