[Resolved] ICICI Bank — No helpful support of fastag and very disappointing customer care | |
I tried to enable a standing instruction on my ICICI Fastag so that is the tag balance goes below 1000, it will take 1000 from my ICICI bank account. But apparently there were a defect in the system by which it kept on adding 1000 each every time. Rs. 1, 00, 000 was taken from my ICICI account and added to the tag balance. This happened on 6th of July 2021 and till now the customer care executives are not able to help me out to get my money back. I am attaching the file that shows how every time 1000 was taken from my account and also the number of inquiries that I made to the ICICI Fastag customer customer care (I had called them up at least 15-20 times).
